Welcome to The BALM Online,

a place of hope, connection, and sisterhood for every woman seeking encouragement and a deeper walk with Jesus.

The BALM stands for Brownville Assembly Ladies Ministry, a group of ladies rooted in faith.
For over a decade, our ministry has served the women of Brownville Assembly Church
through prayer, fellowship, and spiritual growth. In August 2022 (8:22), we stepped into a new
season — restructured, renamed, and reignited with a vision to reach beyond our church
walls.

Inspired by the words of Jeremiah 8:22 —

“Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the
daughter of my people recovered?” —

we believe Jesus is the true Balm, the Healer of hearts and Restorer of souls.

Why Online?

We know not every woman has a church home. Some may feel overlooked, isolated, or unsure
where to begin. The BALM Online was created to meet women right where they are — offering
daily Scripture reflections, weekly teachings, and a safe space to grow in faith, ask questions,
and find community.
Whether you’re new to faith or have walked with Jesus for years, you belong here. We invite
you to join us in prayer, study, and service — and discover the healing that only Christ can

Our mission is to bring healing, hope, and spiritual growth to every woman by sharing God’s
Word daily, building authentic sisterhood, and reaching out to ladies wherever they are — so
each daughter can discover the restoring Balm found in Jesus Christ
